Small Order Processing Fee:
In order to maintain our low, wholesale prices, there is a small processing fee for some international orders. For orders:
Under $150 – $14.99 processing feeOther Charges:
$150 - $499 – $7.99 processing fee
Over $500 – No fee
On international orders, charges do not include any applicable taxes and duties, or brokerage fees. Taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Method of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, wire transfers or bank checks in US funds. You may pay with either a personal or business check made out to PetEdge. After you have submitted your order, you will receive an Order Number. The order number should be written on the memo line of the check and mailed to:

Shipping and Handling Charges:
Please include shipping and handling charges in your payment. We do not pay shipping and handling charges to areas outside U.S. Customs. Charges and duties are not charged by PetEdge – contact your local customs office for information. We will email you a quote for shipping and handling charges prior to processing your order and will wait for your approval. Product Restrictions:
We cannot ship aerosols, flammable items or items containing hazardous chemicals outside the continental U.S. In addition, the sale of certain items may be restricted based on the country’s customs regulations.
Returns and Exchanges:
All returns and exchanges require a return authorization number. If you need to return merchandise, contact us via email at support@petedge.com, or fax 1-978-998-8600 for a return authorization number prior to returning merchandise.
