To Return Merchandise

Call for a Return Authorization Number:
All returns and exchanges require a return authorization number. If you need to return merchandise, please call 800-Pet-Edge and write the return authorization number on the shipping label that is printed on the back of your packing slip. Follow the directions on back of the packing slip. Use the pre-printed shipping label and send your return via UPS or Insured Mail to the address on the shipping label.

Returned Items:
If you’re not satisfied with any item, please call within 30 days. Customer service can be reached at 800-Pet-Edge or email support@petedge.com. We want to make it right! All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Refunds/exchanges do not include shipping and handling. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Returns must be in the original packaging. There should be no writing or stickers on the products.

Holiday Returns:
Halloween items being returned must by postmarked no later than Oct. 12 to receive credit. Holiday items being returned must be postmarked no later than Dec. 11 to receive credit. Any return request made after the above dates will be offered an exchange or replacement so long as they meet the criteria of returned items listed above.

Items Shipped Directly From The Manufacturer:
Drop shipped items (which are noted on the packing list) must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please call 800-Pet-Edge for a return authorization number and specific instructions including the proper shipping address.

Restrictions:
We regret that personalized items, books and videos cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship. In these cases merchandise will be replaced with the same item.


Did Your Order Arrive Damaged?

All shipments are fully insured, and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly.

If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.

UPS Shipments:
Should damage occur in a UPS shipment, notify UPS immediately at 800-PICK-UPS and then contact PetEdge at 800-Pet-Edge or email us at support@PetEdge.com.

USPS Shipments:
If a Parcel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal clerk verify the damage, then notify us.

Motor Freight Shipments:
In a Motor Freight truck shipment, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading and notify the carrier immediately. Then contact PetEdge as outlined above.
