Directions for use:

Grasp the sharpener with the left hand with the curved edge against the palm, preferably on a flat surface.
Grasp opened scissors in right hand and carefully hold open by holding at screw lock.
Place flat side of the inside blade against sharpener with the cutting edge resting on the sharpening stone.
Run blade through the sharpener. Start near the screw and pull all the way in one motion. Repeat two or three times until the blade is sharpened. Additional motions may be required for dull blades. Turn scissors and repeat.
