If there is difficulty getting either of the rear wheels to stay on, the chrome locking pin that locks the wheel to the axle may not be in correctly. The pin has to wrap around the groove in the end of the wheel axle. Make sure the wheel is completely on the axle as far as it will go. Look sideways under the black hubcap to be sure you cannot see daylight under the cap. If you can see through, the wheel is not fully on the axle; wiggle it to seat it firmly in place. Find the black plastic piece that wraps over a wheel spoke and insert the locking pin under the hubcap over that piece. Push the pin as far as it will go under the hubcap. This will put the pin in a position where the closed end of the pin is well extended beyond the hubcap. Pull the locking pin back until it locks in the middle position. This should keep the wheel locked on the stroller.
