Directions for Use:

Place thumb on the carabiner and pull down; back plate should unhinge
Drop in roll of bags (fits between the three plastic place holders)
Turn roll so top bag is facing dispenser on side
Partially tug an inch or less of the top bag out of the dispenser opening.
Snap the back plate into place firmly (make sure the plastic place holders are aligned with the waste bag)
Use carabiner to attach holder to belt or leash.
