The retractable noose, of braided, plastic-coated aircraft cable, forms a loop from 1" to 14" in diameter. The noose tightens by sliding the handle toward you, and locks in any position with a twist from either wrist. Unlocks and releases easily. Available in varying lengths, listed below.
