Medium has one side with 7 blades to allow getting into very dense coats, large tangles, shedding accumulations and a second side with 13 blades for medium coats, small tangles and knots and finishes.
Large has one side with 11 blades to allow getting into very dense coats, large tangles, shedding accumulations and a second side with 21 blades for medium coats, small tangles and knots and finishes.
