Geib Black Pearl 8" 35-Tooth Curved Sculpting & Finishing Blenders are made from a high performance Japanese cobalt alloy metal with a Rockwell Hardness Rating of 60. Blending Shears, compared to thinning/finishing shears, have a higher number of teeth per inch of shear. Thus, the cumulative cutting surface is smaller and less hair is removed with one motion. This allows them to be used to soften harsh clipper lines by blending close to the skin and also for bulk thinning.
