VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. GIVEAWAY BEGINS AT on August 30, 2025 at 12:00 AM (ET) and ENDS on September 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET) ("THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD").

SELECTION OF WINNER: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period in a random drawing to be conducted as soon as practical following the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right for any reason to substitute for all or part of the prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Merchandise Certificate Expires Dec 31, 2025. 

HOW TO ENTER: For each order you place with PetEdge or Frank Rowe and Son during the Giveaway Period, you will receive one (1) automatic entry. To enter without a purchase, please visit https://www.petedge.com/labor-day-giveaway-entry-form  and fill out the entry form located at the bottom of the page. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM (EST) on September 1, 2025. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit: one entry per person via our website. All entries become the exclusive property of Boss Pet Products, Inc. Winners will be notified by phone or email. 

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway open to individual legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older as of August 30, 2025 at 12 AM ET,  except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Boss Pet Products, Inc. its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
