Instructions: Envirogroom Special FX conditioners can be used full strength or diluted, typically at a 32:1 ratio (1 part conditioner to 32 parts water). Apply the diluted or full-strength conditioner to wet fur, let it sit for a few minutes (3-5 minutes is common), and then rinse thoroughly
