Step 1 - cleansing - in a three-step system: done to remove dirt, excess oil, dust particles and excess skin and coat care products.

The first step is the stage of cleaning the skin and coat. The cleaning stage is extremely important, because the shampoo removes dirt from deep. Dirt can be excess oil, which is especially common in pets with oilier skin; dust particles that accumulate in each pet's coat due to environmental or pollution factors, especially because pets are smaller and walk closer to the ground, picking up dirt from the environment; product excess, if the product was not well washed off the skin and coat or you use leave-on products for the pet's skin and coat, it is important to periodically and properly wash off product residues. In this way, we deeply clean the pet's coat and skin and prepare it for the next stage - function.

Step 2 – function - in a three-step system: the second wash reinforces the desired function. 

The second step is the skin and coat function stage. The function phase requires the first step, cleaning, to be done properly for best results. A functional shampoo will do its job properly only when the skin and coat are properly prepared, i.e., thoroughly cleaned, the pores are opened, and the skin and coat will be ready to absorb natural and effective substances. In this step, we choose what function our pet's skin and coat need, for example, it can be intensive hydration, adding volume to the coat or the result of a straight and falling coat. Each coat type has different needs, so it's important to consider what your pet's coat type needs. 

Step 3 - fixation - in a three-step system: conditioning the coat, fixing the result and maintaining the moisture of the coat. 

The third step is fixing the result of skin and coat. Fixation is the final step in a three-step maintenance system. The mask or conditioner should be chosen according to the result you want to achieve. It is important to consider the type of coat, whether you want intensive hydration or, for example, maximum coat volume. The mask or conditioner will carefully close the hair scales, provide protection from external harmful factors and leave the pet's coat ready for drying and combing. Closing the hair follicle is extremely important, because if this step is not done properly, the hair will be frizzy and dirt will stick to the hair more easily. The last stage will provide and record the long-term result. 

Usage Instructions: Dilute the product with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:10, moisten the coat and distribute the product. Massage for about 3 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.

Active ingredients: Sage extract - controls sebum secretion, gives the coat a healthy shine. It has antibacterial and soothing properties, deeply cleans the skin and coat. Glycerin – saturates hair and skin with moisture. Panthenol - smoothens the hair, it becomes easy to comb, soft, and acquires a healthy shine.

Active ingredients: Wheat proteins - restores the coat, provides moisture, moisturizes the skin. Glycerin – saturates hair and skin with moisture.

Step 3 Mask/Conditioner

Active ingredients: Wheat proteins - restores the coat, provides moisture, moisturizes the skin. Sweet almond oil – softens and nourishes the skin, can reduce shedding, give it a silky shine, and improve hair elasticity.
