While the air separates the mats, the brush splits the mats and brushes the hair straight. Slick-Air has been proven especially effective around hard to reach areas such as faces, ears, feet and genital areas. This unit works exceptionally well on tighter mats and tail/ear mats. Fits nicely on your grooming or show station. Comes complete with dryer unit, two detachable brush heads and drawstring tote. Dryer handle has 4 settings: High and Low velocity heated air, a Cool shot and finger-held cool shot button for temporary cooled air. 

Brush heads are designed for maximum quick drying capabilities for different coat types and surface areas. The long needled stainless steel bristles are excellent for fluffing while drying long and mediums coated breeds, ears and faces. Bristles are soft but strong which assists in avoiding scratching the skin. Depending on the severity of the matting, the long bristles do act as a dematter while drying. The short needled stainless steel bristles work well on shorter hair.

The bristles are firm and should be used with caution when brushing from the skin outward.
