Review: I am a traveling groomer, and tote my supplies to and from clients homes.I loved this dryer for the first 3 months I had it, high output of air, and quieter than most high output dryers. it also isn't too heavy. However beware.. The hose easily cracks and rips..had to keep cutting down and fixing until finally bought a new hose that now after having it for about 4 months have had to fix it aswell. Fixing is easy, but a pain to do so often. Hence I'm sure that's why they give you a way long hose to prepare you for this. Also..I cannot stand the way hose attatches to the unit. It slips on and then is turned by hand to "lock" on and is being held on bylittle bumps. Well they wear down in a short time and when you turn on the dryer, the hose flys off and shoots off every single time. u can't keep it on. My husband had to rig a screw on there to hold it on..which is a pain for ease of removal each time. I wouldonly recommend this dryer if you are gonna be gentle with it and not move it around too much. Also, they claim u can replace brushes, which you can't cuz its hard to find the correct ones to work with it, overall, I would not buy this unit again until it is revamped.
