Lucky No9 Cat Blades
Name Withheld (Anchorage, Alaska) - 12/19/13 3:11 PM
Pros: fast cutting, very sharp, get through the thickest mats
Cons: razor burn from #50
Review: I used the Lucky No9 Blades on Angus a Longhaired Longtailed Manx who works at a farm, he has battled fleas this season and got matted up badly under his chin on his belly and under his tail. The 7F blade worked great on the areas not matted and quickly clipped this kitty down to the sticker spots...Speed is very important on a big ol Tomcat. The size 50 worked very well on his mats under hischin and on his belly but I would have prefered to use the the size 10 under his elbows, where we ended up with razor burn...but NOcut skin... the other blade I have used would have cut him there since the mats were right on skin. Blades fit my razor just fine, easy to swap out, easy to clean, kept them oiled and they stayed sharp for this tricky cat. i recommend them. just dont drop them Idropped the #10 and it got out of alignment, just need to unscrew and re-adjust to get it fixed. Only 4 stars since I had to re-adjust one of them but ..I could!
