Pros: design, heavy duty
Cons: SO LOUD
Review: I got this clipper when I started grooming as its specs were that it was light and the design was ergonomic. Well, technically bothwere true.. but the cord weighed the clipper down and made it heavier than it should of been. The switch was nice to handle, but it didn't make up for the awful loud noise. I started with andis blades, and then I decided to try a Wahl blade because I heard it helped---not at all. It's good for dogs that are used to grooming, but not for dogs who are new to it (pets, etc..). A plus is the design. It helped a lot in the learning process, since it was long hours holding it-- an experience I did not have with trying the Andis AGC. And it was easy to switch positions if need be.Give it a go if you'd like, as long as the dogs you work on are sound!
