Pros: standard combing, and undercoat removal, too
Review: My standard detailing comb has the tall/short teeth arrangement; I've gotten great results form both the coarse comb, and the finercomb as well. Perfect for working out the tangles that develop in the fine hair behind the ears of my Australian Shepherds, this also works efficiently on removing undercoat from the lower legs (which don't have feathering), and also helps to part the hair for putting on any collar. The ones in my grooming gear bag are a dozen years old, and look and perform just as brilliantly as they did when purchased. These were recommended by my breeder when I got my first Aussie - and even though they have been dropped off the grooming table numerous times, no tines have bent, no tips have gotten damaged, and they keep performing beyond my initial expectations. Wonderful investment for your grooming bag, for any thick, double coated dog.
