Cons: It only worked 2 years.

Review: I purchased this tub 2 years ago and it completely stopped raising up and down. I called customer service and they told me I was lucky it lasted 2 years. I asked for help to find someone to try to repair it and they had no answers. Terrible customer service and purchase.

Pros: Wonderful surface

Cons: Splash issue

Review: We bought 2 of these 3 years ago for part of our dog wash. They have been a huge hit. They are installed in a splash friendly room,which you need to have , and the flex drain makes it easy to pull them out to clean behind. With no surround you will indeed need to clean! My clients love these tubs. I also have a high steel tub for them, and the plastic surround tub. My grooming tubs for our groomers are 3 different stainless steel tubs with surround. So we have 7 tubs, and these fit in just fine. Reviews mentioning these impressive tubs just rock. They are not for short old groomers like me though.

Review: I have multiple dogs ranging in size from dachshund to great pyrenees and in age from 3 yrs to 12. I've had this tub 2 yrs now andit is awesome! I love being able to change the height of the tub throughout bathing. This makes washing the dogs' undercarriages as easy as washing their backs and it's easy for even my oldest dogs to get in and out of it without any help from me. The mechanism is so silent and smooth that it doesn't disturb even my most skittish dogs. It is stable and sturdy while still lightweight enough for me to be able to move it by myself if necessary. And the built-in features like the slip proof floor and bottle holder meansI don't have to buy a lot of separate accessories. It's a great buy for the money!

Review: I have had this tub for months now and absolutely love it! It makes bathing my furkids so much easier on my back! It lifts and returns very smoothly and is so easy to keep clean.I just wipe it down with a bath towel every time I use it. Can't say enough good things about it and highly recommend it to anyone that has several dogs to bathe!

Review: I raise doodles so I do alot of grooming and bathing. I use to dread bathing my furkids because it would just kill my back.This tubis perfect for my needs and is an easy setup. Very easy to clean also. I highly recommend this tub!

Cons: Built In Shampoo Bottle Holders Should be Way Larger

Review: This is a great tub. I am very happy with it. The non skid floor makes it nice to not have to have a mat in the bottom. The insert shelf that comes with the tub for easy access for small dogs works very well. Having a plastic poly tub sure makes it easy to clean and it always looks great. The only con about this tub is the small shampoo bottle holders, which I just use for brushes, etc. instead. Nice tub. Very pleased with it :)
