Insert the plugs with a slight twisting and rocking motion while pulling the outer ear upwards and backwards to straighten the ear canal until all flanges enter the ear canal.

Remove from ear canal with a slight twisting motion. Clean the plugs with a mild soap, warm water, and store in a cool dry place.
