If you would like to return an item, please provide the required information on the Product Return Request Form. A customer service representative will contact you the next business day with a Return Authorization Number or a request for additional information. You may also contact us at email@example.com, or call 800-Pet-Edge (800-738-3343). The Return Authorization Number must be written on the package being returned.
Send your return via FedEx or Insured Mail to the address on the shipping label. Returns do not include shipping and handling.
