Before signing
1.    Look for signs of damage, including boxes and crates with crushed corners, holes and tears, wetness, stains, upside down crates, opened and resealed boxes. Don’t accept delivery if the original box or crate and packing tape is not intact.
a.    If you ordered a Master Equipment LED table, carefully open the crate and confirm the glass tabletop is intact.

2.    Thoroughly document any damages or missing items directly on the delivery receipt.

3.    Photograph any damaged products or packaging issues.

If you do not report and document damages on the delivery receipt before signing, it is impossible to resolve losses with the shipping company. PetEdge cannot be held responsible for shipments after signing.

This Master Equipment® Radiance II LED Electric Grooming Table is warrantied against defective material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Any Master Equipment® product that is determined to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period will be replaced without cost to the purchaser for parts. Please contact Boss Pet Products Customer Service at 1-800-638-5754 regarding any defective product. Boss Pet Products will not be liable for any incidental failure or malfunction of this product caused by normal wear, abuse, misuse, unauthorized adjustment, or repairs. Boss Pet Products will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages of any type. Any implied warranty is limited to the one-year period provided for in this expressed warranty. Due to the nature of glass, glass tabletop cannot be warrantied. Warranty is void if product has been modified in any manner, repaired by anyone other than Boss Pet Products or has been subject to unreasonable use. Warranty is valid in the United States
