Directions For Use: Shampoo pet and rinse thoroughly. While pet is still completely wet, pour a generous amount over pet’s coat. Massage into coat thoroughly, deep down to pet’s skin. Rinse thoroughly and dry pet as normal. For added softness, rinse lightly, and then dry as normal.
FOR MATS & TANGLES: Shampoo pet and rinse thoroughly. While pet is still completely wet, apply onto problem area. Work into coat vigorously with fingertips. If needed, use a comb to help work out tangles. Rinse thoroughly and dry pet as normal.
Dilution Instructions: Each gallon of concentrate yields 8 gallons of creme rinse. Prepare creme rinse by combining 1 part concentrate with 7 parts warm water. Mix thoroughly.

DILUTION INSTRUCTIONS: For best results use in an undiluted formulation. Can be diluted up to 16:1 for everyday conditioning. Each gallon yields up to 17 gallons of conditioner. Prepare conditioner by combining 1 part concentrate with 16 parts warm water. Mix thoroughly.
